Pale Ale ABV 5.1%

English style pale ale with a West Coast twist. This copper colour beer combines the best of British malts with the best of West Coast hops. This creates a dry, crisp pale ale with a pronounced grapefruit hop nose. Hoppy but not over the top.

I.P.A ABV 6.0 %

American style IPA– this IPA is edgy, aggressive & epitomises the new genre of North American IPA’s. This beer is light copper in colour, exploding with Summit, Cascade, Simcoe & Amarillo hops in 7 kettle hop additions and 2 dry hop additions. Despite this dominant hop character, the beer maintains a great balance between the malt & hops.

Brown Ale ABV 5.3 %

This classic English style brown ale combines 5 malts including crystal, chocolate & roasted barley to create a full bodied malty beer. The beer has pronounced chocolate notes throughout the aroma and flavour. An all English hop bill nicely balances these malts.

Winter Ale ABV 6.9 %

This deep amber winter warmer combines six different English malts with 5 different hops (English & American) to create a full bodied English style strong ale. This beer is very complex & as the beer warms up the blend of flavours exude from this rich, nutty, fruity winter ale.

Best British ABV 4.25 %

This beer is a true representation of British brewing & is in tribute to the “godfather” of English Craft Brewing, Peter Austin. The beer is a beautiful balance of English malt & hops with a soft palate which promotes all the subtle flavour of this beer. We are serving this cask conditioned via a beer engine. Cask conditioned means the beer is naturally carbonated & is traditionally served warmer than the average North American beer & is not as carbonated. This is a true session beer.
